Strategy

The Board has a defined development model to progress its world class multi commodity project portfolio and enhance shareholder value.  Its has a continually active diversified pyramid of assets of gold, nickel, PGMs, diamonds, copper and phosphates, at various stages of development, which via the backing of institutional investors, it aims to rapidly advance.

ACR’s defined development programme includes research, acquisition, exploration, resource development and bankable feasibilities studies on its acquired projects, adding value for shareholders at all stages and advancing the assets towards in-house production, sale or joint venture.

All management and the majority of the Board reside in Zimbabwe.  They are utilising their first mover advantage to accrue value through the identification and development of projects, both existing and new and build the right relationships within the country.  The Board believes timing is everything, and as a result has placed itself in a position to develop for all stake holders, a world class portfolio in what is a hugely exciting and recognised geological region.
